Just for a quick sneak peak under the hood, we're trying a few new toys for our live updates this year. Still using Slack of course like the old days, but we've finally replaced the ORIGINAL system (by @JonRMcClure).
It's now FULL JavaScript, leveraging Keystone.js
Most of that system was @Tallbrighty's first project after joining the team, and he knocked it out of the park! The new messages on the pages themselves are the handiwork of @just_rashida and they look gorgeous.
Can't wait to see what the future of live chat holds!
