A New Era for Britain? 🇬🇧 As we head into this Monday, the UK is on the cusp of significant change. With Keir Starmer stepping down, Andy Burnham is set to officially take office as the country’s seventh Prime Minister in just a decade. Burnham has promised a "new politics," pledging to shift power away from Westminster, unite a fractured party, and focus on handing control back to local communities. But with heavy expectations and no parliamentary sessions to face for the rest of the summer, the pressure is on before he’s even started. I want to know your thoughts: • Do you believe Andy Burnham is the "last chance" for Labour to turn things around? • What is the one thing you want to see at the top of the new PM’s priority list this week? • Is a shift toward regional power (the "Northern base" approach) exactly what the country needs, or is it just another distraction? The political landscape is shifting fast. Let’s have a real debate in the comments. 👇 #UKPolitics #AndyBurnham #BritishPolitics #DowningStreet #PoliticalChange

Out in the pasture with Diamond and her calf Dexter this morning. These two are a reminder of what British farming is really about… proper livestock, healthy land, and food produced right here at home. While politicians talk, farmers keep the countryside going. Support British farming. 🇬🇧 #BritishFarming #SupportBritishFarmers

It's a massive week for the UK. If I could ask the new PM one question right now, it would be about how he’s going to fix the absolute mess in our public services without just taxing us into the ground. What’s the one question you’d ask Andy Burnham if you had him in that chair tomorrow? 🚜

Out in the barn this morning with Diamond and her boy Dexter 🐮 Diamond is one of our Dexter cows, a proper little character with that classic thick, curly coat. She’s a brilliant mum. Calm, protective, and always keeping a close eye on her calf. And little Dexter (yes, we named him after the breed) is growing fast. He’s got that cheeky look about him already, full of energy and curious about everything. Dexter cattle are one of the oldest and most traditional British breeds. Small, hardy, and perfect for smaller farms and smallholdings. They’re efficient grazers, produce excellent beef, and are tough enough to handle our British weather without any fuss. In a world where so much of our food is imported and farming is being squeezed from every angle, keeping traditional breeds like these alive feels more important than ever. Raising cattle isn’t just about the end product. It’s about the daily rhythm, checking them morning and night, watching the bond between cow and calf, making sure they’ve got good straw, fresh water, and the right feed. It’s proper, hands-on work that connects you to the land and to where your food actually comes from. We’re lucky to be able to do this. But British farming is under real pressure right now. Endless regulations, rising costs, cheap imports flooding in, and politicians who seem more interested in virtue signalling than actually supporting the people who put food on our tables. Meanwhile, the public still wants British produce, they just need to be given the chance to choose it easily and affordably. Moments like this, standing in the barn with Diamond and Dexter, remind me why we do it. It’s not glamorous. It’s muddy, early mornings, and hard graft. But it’s honest work. It’s producing real food on British soil, and it’s part of what keeps this country fed and our countryside alive. If you care about British farming, the best thing you can do is back it. Buy British where you can. Support your local farmers. Ask where your food comes from. Diamond and Dexter are doing their bit. The rest of us need to do ours too. Support British farmers. Always. 🇬🇧🐄🚜 #BritishFarming #SupportBritishFarmers #DexterCattle #BritishBeef #FarmLife #UKFarming #FoodSecurity

Out checking on one of the flocks this afternoon. Nothing beats seeing healthy British sheep and lambs doing what they do best on home soil. This is proper farming, producing food right here in Britain instead of shipping it in from halfway around the world. We should be backing our farmers properly so scenes like this can keep going strong. Support British farming. 🇬🇧🐑 #BritishFarming #SupportBritishFarmers #UKSheep #CountrysideLife

Clarkson has done more to highlight the real pressures on British farmers than most politicians ever have. Supporting the people who produce our food shouldn’t be controversial 🚜🇬🇧

🚜Dropped some of the sheep off in their new fields this afternoon. While I was there, a couple of neighbouring farms were in full harvest mode. Always good to see other farmers out working the land at the same time. Days like this are a reminder of how much goes into keeping British farming going. It’s hard work, long hours, and it doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. Support Your British farmers 🇬🇧 #BritishFarming #SupportBritishFarmers #FarmingLife

Out with my animals this morning🌅 These are Jacob sheep, one of the oldest and most distinctive native British breeds. They’re hardy, intelligent, and perfectly suited to our landscape. Moments like this are a reminder of what British farming actually looks like. It’s not just about food production. It’s about looking after the land, preserving traditional breeds, and keeping the countryside alive. Too often, the people who do this work are treated as an afterthought while cheap imports and endless regulations make it harder for them to survive. We should be proud of British farming and do far more to support it. Support British farmers 🇬🇧 #BritishFarming #SupportBritishFarmers #Sheep #BritishCountryside #FoodSecurity #backbritishfarming

🇬🇧🚨British farmers are being squeezed from every direction…rising costs, cheap imports, and endless red tape. We have the land and the skills to grow far more of our own food, yet we keep relying on imports while our own producers struggle to survive. When does Britain finally start putting its farmers first? #BritishFarming #FoodSecurity #ReformUK

Because successive governments have made it harder and more expensive for British farmers to compete, while flooding the market with cheaper imports. We’ve got the land and the farmers, we just lack the political will to put them first 🇬🇧
Why are we importing food we could grow here?

🚨 81 migrants arrived on 9th July. 255 arrived on 10th July. Does this look like a government in control of our borders? Or does it look like they’re just hoping the numbers drop and praying no one pays attention? The border is clearly still wide open. This isn’t control, it’s damage limitation. #SmallBoats #BorderControl #ReformUK

For those who seem to have doubts about what I do for a living. Here’s a look at some of my animals. It’s hard work, but looking after my sheep, cows and pigs is what I do every single day. Farming isn’t just a title, it’s a commitment to the land and the animals. 🚜🐑🐄 #BackBritishFarming

🚨🚨Something has shifted in Britain over the past few weeks. We’ve seen a former MP murdered in her own home. We’ve seen senior Reform figures openly talking about living under constant threat. And we’ve seen the usual voices in the media and politics either stay silent or try to downplay it. This isn’t normal. When people in public life have to seriously consider their personal safety just for speaking out, something has gone badly wrong. The establishment’s response has been to either ignore it or attack those raising concerns. That tells you everything you need to know. The truth is, a large part of the political class and media have spent years creating a toxic environment where anyone who challenges the status quo is smeared, marginalised, or worse. They don’t want debate. They want compliance. Meanwhile, the issues that actually matter to ordinary people mass immigration, failing public services, energy security, and the collapse of trust in our institutions continue to get worse. People are fed up. Not just with one party, but with the entire broken system that has delivered decline for over a decade. Reform UK isn’t perfect, but it’s currently the only serious vehicle for real change. That’s why they’re being attacked so viciously. The question is no longer whether things can carry on like this. The question is how much worse it has to get before enough people decide they’ve had enough 🇬🇧 #ReformUK #Britain

🚨Nigel Farage refuses to be silenced, even while living under constant threat. The establishment hate him because he says what millions of us are thinking. We need more like him, not fewer. #NigelFarage #ReformUK #Britain

Guardian journalist secretly records a private Reform meeting like a cheap spy. This is why trust in mainstream media is dead. Peter Walker should apologise immediately.

Our countryside is fighting for its very existence. Urban policymakers push top-down changes with little comprehension of farming realities, soil health, rural livelihoods or where our food truly comes from. Family farms face closure, ancient hedgerows disappear, and traditional stewardship is ignored in the name of short-term agendas. When policymakers forget the vital role of British farmers, they risk eroding the very soul of our nation. We must defend rural Britain, protect our way of life, and ensure food security for all. Will you stand with us before it's too late?
