If a customer doesn't live in the UK you apparently make it impossible to sign up for online access. Just finally got through and changed my details on the phone ($$$$ from New Zealand) and have to go through the "we'll call you to confirm". No call so now suspended @nsandihelp

Easy to cherrypick bad photos in harsh light, but I thought both Andy Burnham and his wife looked good. Nice to see him in a suit and tie, and the dress was a beautiful colour + not run of the mill + obviously chosen for British designer + matched her tone.

Seeing as they've blocked replies 🙄 Reading the room would mean recognising this wasn't the reactive pr opportunity to demonstrate your fashion knowledge. Sharing an opinion about the dress just aligns you with the vile comments. The best thing would be to not get involved
