Most patients will never learn Sommer McAllister's name, and that is more or less the point. As an RCM Billing Supervisor at #Amerita in Centennial, she makes sure a claim is handled correctly the first time, so a family is asked to pay what they actually owe and a therapy someone is counting on does not get turned away at the door. When one treatment kept getting denied, she went straight to the manufacturer, found the cause, and rebuilt the process around it.
