He answered this in 2021. "Richard Heart. Public Enemy Number One. Persona non grata. Prison, right? I go to prison. Okay, now what happens? Does the contract still work? Yes." September 5, 2021. Five years later it's not a hypothetical anymore. And the answer hasn't changed. The code doesn't need permission. It doesn't need a website. It doesn't even need Richard. You are the network. 🫡 #HEX #PulseChain #RichardHeart

Today, crypto has two important lessons for builders. 1. The @gnosispay data breach: User data is a liability. Even when a crypto card is retired, users’ personal information and transaction histories may still be stored somewhere. Your name. Your address. Your spending history. Every transaction you’ve made. If crypto card issuers were more vigilant about data collection, retention, and security, users wouldn’t have to face these risks. 2. @phantom blocking wallet transactions: Self-custody must mean freedom. I get it. F*ck Kim Jong Un and the crypto thieves. But blocking wallets simply because they received dust from hackers is a terrible approach. Especially on Solana, where users have fewer wallet and RPC alternatives to choose from. Worse, users’ IP addresses and other metadata may also be collected in the process. The lesson for every crypto builder is simple: If the law doesn’t require you to collect user data, DON’T COLLECT IT. If you don’t need to retain it, DON’T RETAIN IT. Better yet, build your applications to be decentralized enough that collecting and storing sensitive user information becomes unnecessary in the first place. At LBS, our philosophy is simple: The best way to protect user data is not to collect it. Our products are designed around public blockchain data, without retaining personal user information, no logs, or tracking users’ activities. Instead, we improve our products through direct user feedback and support, without unnecessarily collecting or tracking users’ personal data. You cannot leak data you never collected. Privacy is an architectural decision. Self-custody is a principle. Decentralization is the protection. 🗽

🚨 Polymarket looks compromised Do NOT log in or sign anything on the site right now. Polymarket has put the exchange in cancel-only mode and paused relayer actions while it investigates. Users are reporting accounts drained through a malicious third-party script on the website. One user says $800K gone. Not confirmed by Polymarket yet. Close any open Polymarket tabs. Reject any signature you didn't expect. Second front-end attack on Polymarket this year.

❤️💛💚💙 🚨 JUST IN 🚨 🐦 RectumRishel PulseChain Wallet has been SHAKEN OUT down to $2.2M USD. Once upon a time it was $70M+ after the bonuses. 97% reduction in purchasing power. ✅ Richard Heart’s decision to use Thin Liquidity AND save the Sac Treasury were done correctly. I am unbothered by the Turkey Kebab FUD.

So, you’re telling me… That the HEX community went through: - Years of waiting for the launch of PulseChain after sacrifice - SEC case against Richard Heart - Multiple scams and raises from notorious actors on the chain - Scrutiny from pretty much everyone in crypto - Token prices that keeps going down - Interpol charges against Richard - eHEX VS pHEX battle - pDAI liquidity drain - Richard Heart being arrested in InstaBull … And, they still show up. This community is just something else. Absolutely cinema

You've described this site out loud at least four times. To a friend, to a developer who quoted too much, to yourself in the shower. Describe it once more, to @daxlyai, and get pages you can click through. daxly.ai #Daxly

Americans are finding out they’ve been lied about Lindsay Clancy and no longer support her “Like, b*tch, she was rich. I'm finding out more and more about this b*tch every day: - I didn't know this was a rich b*tch that we were speaking on, on behalf of - I didn't know her husband made 40K a month and the b*tch didn't have to work - I didn't know she had a maid - I didn't know she had a housekeeper - I didn't know she had a nanny - I didn't know her kids went to school 3 days out the week - I didn't know she had both sets of grandparents helping her - I didn't know her husband worked from home I didn't know a lot of things about this b*tch. If privilege was a f*cking person” “I can understand a poor mom doing this. Like, "Oh, my kids, we don't even have food.” — a poor person, I can kinda see where they're coming from. But this b*tch was balling out of control” “Like, b*tch, and even then, I should've known they said she jumped from a second-story window. I'm like, "B*tch, who got 2 stories in the house? This b*tch got money"” I went through and fact checked this it’s all true - Glassdoor estimates her husband’s income at $480,000 per year - She did work, quit and didn’t have to work because her husbands income have - They had nanny/ housekeeping help - Lived in a very nice home - Their family was in the “upper middle class” category - Grandparents helped, kids went to school and husband worked at home all true This is not someone who deserves anyone’s sympathy. This is someone who had all the resources possibly available at her disposal

Retired aerospace machinist. Selfie rant. 5 minutes of fury. “I built the safety disc brake system for those elevators in those towers.” His claim: The Twin Towers weren’t a normal skyscraper stack. At the 50th floor — sealed. Transfer lobby. Separate elevators up. Fire suppression. Positive pressure. So a fire downstairs doesn’t turn the top into a torch. Then he asks the question that made him explode: If a jet hits the 80th or 90th floor… how does jet fuel run all the way to the bottom if the 50th floor was airtight sealed? “They lied to you.” 25 years of screaming it. Heavy language. Watch with the volume ready. 🎥

America's most powerful vaccine organization has been hit with a federal RICO lawsuit for running a decades-long vaccine racketeering operation. The American Academy of Pediatrics illegally deceived parents for decades into injecting their small children with large batteries of untested vaccines by issuing FRAUDULENT vaccine recommendations. The AAP takes money from Merck, Pfizer, and Moderna to promote MAXIMAL vaccination for MAXIMUM profit, despite having ZERO safety data on injecting 72 doses into children. And now, they finally face accountability.
