I cancelled my Apple HomeView pre-order. I have the Amazon Echo ecosystem and it does everything I need it to do. It got a little slower over time, but works just fine still. Too many compromises with my smart home setup to go over to the HomeView and I'm not sure they're worth it. I'll wait for more hands on videos once it's actually released to the public and see if I change my mind.

Ordered the home view but not sure if it’s something I’ll keep with the pre-order. Have to watch more content. I want it to replace my Amazon echo show 10 that rotates, but it just doesn’t control my nest thermostat or my eufy doorbell. The Alexa does.

A brand offering $100 for a paid collaboration is so disrespectful. I’m not sure who is out here accepting that, but if you do, you really need to stop doing that and evaluate your channel’s worth.
