A new light of glory shines through your life. The old has yielded to the new. Adam has been overcome by Christ within. So few can detect the glory stirring within you, but He sees it. Nothing will turn Him aside until the perfect portrait of Christ is seen in your personality.
The love of God is not like our love. It is not merely human love amplified to an extraordinary degree. It is something altogether different, something eternal, something that existed before time began and will remain long after time has surrendered to eternity.
It is eternal love, and it has set its affection upon YOU!
Before you ever took your first breath, Love already knew your name. Before you ever faced a battle, Love had already prepared a place for you in His heart. Before your failures, your disappointments, your unanswered questions, or your darkest nights, Love was there—unshaken, undiminished, and undeterred.
God’s love did not begin when you became lovable. It did not increase when you became successful or diminish when you stumbled. His love flows from the very essence of who He is. You cannot earn it, improve upon it, or exhaust its supply.
This is the love that stepped out of eternity and entered our world in the person of Jesus Christ. Eternal Love put on flesh, walked our dusty roads, touched the broken, embraced the outcast, and carried our sorrows to the cross. The cross is forever the declaration that God has not turned His heart away from you!
And now, this everlasting love is reaching into the ordinary moments of your life. It is meeting you in your kitchen, walking with you through your struggles, sitting beside you in the silence, and whispering hope into the places where disappointment has tried to settle.
Your circumstances may be temporary, but His love is everlasting. Your feelings may fluctuate, but His faithfulness remains. Your world may shake, but you are held in arms that will never grow weary of holding you.
The apostle Paul declared that nothing in all creation can separate us from the love of God revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38–39). Nothing means nothing! No height can rise above it. No depth can hide you from it. No season of life can outrun it. No chapter of your story can surprise the One whose love has already made a way for you to come home.
Imagine being swept into the everlasting arms of God—not as a reluctant guest, but as a beloved son or daughter. Imagine discovering that the heart of God is not a cold courtroom where you must defend your worth, but a place of mercy, welcome, transformation, and unending fellowship.
This is not a distant, theoretical love. It is the love of the Father drawing near through the Holy Spirit, awakening hope, healing wounded places, restoring joy, and teaching your heart to live from the security of being deeply loved.
So lift your eyes today! Open the door of your heart again. Make room for wonder. Let the Holy Spirit remind you that you are not forgotten, forsaken, or abandoned to the uncertainties of this passing age.
Exhilarating, overwhelming love is headed to your house today!
May the love of God flood your home with peace, fill your heart with fresh courage, and awaken you to the breathtaking reality that the Eternal One has drawn near. May you become so rooted in His love that even in the storms of life, you remain anchored in the unshakable goodness of His heart.
You are not merely surviving in a world of passing moments. In Christ, you are being drawn into the wonder of an everlasting love story—a love that began in God’s heart, was revealed through Jesus, and will never come to an end.
Welcome home to Lov
A prayer at the mercy seat:
Jesus, my mercy seat, I come to you with an open heart. Thank you for the forgiveness you have secured through your precious blood.
Where I have broken your commands, cleanse my conscience and renew my love for your ways. Where jealousy has wounded my relationships, heal the insecurity beneath it and teach me to rejoice in others' blessings. Where disappointment has become complaint, feed me again with the assurance of your care.
Bathe the hidden places of my heart in your tender mercy. Give me courage to confess, grace to make amends, and patience to receive your healing work.
Let the mercy that receives me become the mercy that flows through me. Make my life a place where wounded people encounter your kindness.
I bring you my brokenness, and I receive your love.
Amen.
In Christ evil lost its power to destroy you. Your broken heart is now healed, your despair has become a confident rest. Joy and Praise have become the twin fruits that have sustained you. No longer will you waste time and energy mourning over the past it ended with three nails.
Take a moment to wash the disillusionment from your eyes and focus on the glory around you! The hope of that glory is even now within you! Christ in you is the hope of glory, not Christ in heaven, or Christ at the rapture-Christ in you can turn it around.
Here's why you'll never quit. You love God and your love for God compels you to love other people. It is love that never gives up; it is love that keeps moving forward despite the appearance of impossible odds; and it is love that outlasts any problem-you're still moving forward!
The goal of Holy Spirit is not to make us encyclopedias of experiences and doctrines but to make us living duplicates of the Son of God. Many watch our lives and care little about our knowledge-- Ministry is not gathering a following but growing in His likeness!
Your worth is not defined by the words of others. Your identity is not established on anyone’s opinion of you. It is rooted in God’s truth.
God is not waiting for a perfect church — He’s waiting for a yielded one.
He’s asking, “Who will burn for Me in this generation?”
7 times in Revelation it speaks of those who have hearing ears. Our ears must be opened to hear what the Spirit is now saying to His churches. I hear His voice pointing us to Christ and away from all else, to be separated unto Him with abandoned hearts.
The Fear of God
The Hebrew word for fear means holy awe, deepest respect, to venerate, worship, adore, to regard as holy. And yes, it can also mean to tremble in His presence - overwhelmed in His glory.
This holy fear anchors us. It keeps us rooted and grounded and inspires us with awestruck wonder. As we set him apart in our hearts as holy, it stirs a desire to please him more than any other. The fear of God keeps us from defiling ourselves. We want every thought, word, and action to honor him.
A spirit of fear is not the same thing as the fear of the Lord. God does not give us a spirit of fear or panic, but he does insist we approach him with reverence, awe, humility, and surrender. We have always known that love is the foundation of our relationship with God, but now the Lord wants us to discover the fear of the Lord as equally foundational. Love and the fear of God are the twin truths that stabilize the church.
Father, I long to live before you in holiness and complete surrender. I want every motive and thought to honor you. Help me to guard my heart at all times and to remain undefiled from this world. I want to know you as you yearn to be known. May love and the fear of the Lord keep me close to you.
