Shotzzy, Dashy, Huke and Mercules look to successfully win a championship in 3 consecutive COD titles as a core four. The last team to accomplish this was the OpTic Dynasty a decade prior.
Scump, Crimsix, FormaL, Karma:
AW - 2015
BO3 - 2016
IW - 2017
Shotzzy, Dashy, Huke, Mercules:
BO6 - 2025
BO7 - 2026
MW4 - 2027?
If this roster comes to fruition, Envoy will become the 2nd player to compete for the Thieves in 4 different seasons (VG, MWII, BO6, MW4). Kenny competed on the Thieves in 5 different seasons (BO4, CW, VG, MWII, BO7).
Envoy is also tied with Kenny & Octane for the most championship wins (5) and the most Grand Finals appearances (8) in Thieves franchise history. 2 records he can break in MW4.
SOURCES: LA Thieves targeting Renkor or DK for the MW4 CDL Season alongside Ghosty, Envoy and Abezy.
LAT are supposedly uninterested in Sib as a potential candidate for the roster.
LA Thieves have had to suddenly change strategy to fill their 4th slot on the roster due to the recent situation at FaZe Vegas with Alluka replacing Drazah. It is said that Alluka was going to sign with LA Thieves instead of Gentlemates before things changed.
FaZe are no strangers to bringing in duos from other teams, as Scrap & HyDra look to join the list of duo acquisitions by one of the most successful orgs in Call of Duty history.
FaZe duo acquisitions over the years:
2026 - Scrap & HyDra (Thieves -> FaZe)?
2025 - 04 & Abuzah (Surge -> FaZe)
2019 - Simp & aBeZy (eUnited -> FaZe)
2019 - Skrapz & Zer0 (Red Reserve -> FaZe)
2015 - Clayster & Attach (Denial -> FaZe)
2014 - Censor & Dedo (sB -> FaZe Black)
2013 - Spacely & Huhdle (Evil -> FaZe)
Wow, Drazah is set to leave FaZe following a dominant 3 year run highlighted by wins at Champs 2026, EWC 2024, as well as a three peat from EWC 2024 - Major 2 2025.
He won 6 championships with an overall record of 118-47, and notably held the title of OpTic Gaming’s kryptonite, where he had a 15-6 record versus the Green Wall in the last 3 years. And in classic COD fashion, his final match as a member of FaZe was a loss to none other than OpTic. Drazah has the most championship wins the last 5 years (9) and will be taking his talents elsewhere.

How long did each World Champion winning roster stick together following their win at COD Champs:
Fariko Impact: 3 months, 8 days
Complexity: 4 months, 28 days
Denial: 2 months, 15 days
EnVyUs: 11 months, 22 days
OpTic ‘17: 8 months, 22 days
Evil Geniuses: 7 months, 30 days
eUnited: 13 days
Dallas Empire: 2 days
FaZe ‘21: 1 year, 2 days
Thieves: 10 months, 20 days
Subliners: 30 days
OpTic ‘24: 4 months, 21 days
OpTic ‘25: 1 year, 2 months, 17 days and counting
FaZe Vegas won Champs less than 2 months ago with rumored changes imminent, making them one of the shortest lived Champs rosters ever.
Couple notes:
- The EG 2018 core four technically didn’t separate as the league went from 4v4 to 5v5, where they played the first 4 months of BO4 together alongside Huke.
- eUnited dissolved following the 2019 season with the launch of the CDL, the first official free agency announcement took place 13 days later (as stated above) by Arcitys.
- Empire’s historically quick breakup took place solely due to the league going from 5v5 to 4v4, with Clayster getting dropped 2 days following their win.
Thinking about how historic of a weekend DreamHack Dallas 2025 was for the OpTic franchise.
OpTic Halo won giving FormaL another championship, which may end up going down as the final major championship victory in his historic 15 year career.
And that same weekend, Mercules made his LAN debut for OpTic. Less than a year and a half later and he’s brought 4 championships to the Green Wall (Champs 2025, EWC 2025, Major 4 2026, EWC 2026).
I’m absolutely honored to win Breaking Point’s Unsung Hero Award. Thank you for voting and for the insane amount of support and love I’ve felt over the last 4 years 🫡

Simp, Scrap, HyDra and Drazah have a combined 37 championships, which would be the 2nd most championships for an active FaZe roster all-time.
1. Simp, aBeZy, Cellium, Drazah - 44
2. Simp, Scrap, HyDra, Drazah - 37
3. Simp, aBeZy, Cellium, SlasheR - 34
4. Simp, aBeZy, Cellium, Arcitys - 31
5. Simp, Drazah, Abuzah, 04 - 28
6. Aches, SlasheR, Parasite, Enable - 27
7. Aches, SlasheR, Censor, Apathy - 26
8. ZooMaa, Attach, Clayster, Enable - 25
9. Karma, Parasite, Censor, Apathy - 24
10. Simp, aBeZy, Cellium, Priestahh, MajorManiak - 17

Important note, this is of course speculative and not confirmed. If you read the report Alluka is still very much in the conversation. But I just want to provide the scope of how historic this FaZe roster would be.
Dashy is 1 of 2 players to team with all 4 members of the OpTic Dynasty. Enable is the other (teamed with Scump/Crimsix/FormaL in AW, Karma in MW19).
A handful of players have played with 3/4:
Aches - Scump, Crimsix, Karma
Teepee - Scump, Crimsix, Karma
JKap - Scump, Karma, FormaL
MerK - Scump, Karma, FormaL
Nadeshot - Scump, Crimsix, FormaL
Octane - Scump, Crimsix, Karma
TJHaLy - Scump, Crimsix, Karma

This has absolutely nothing do do with what you posted but I was wondering the other day about how many people have teamed with all 4 players on the optic dynasty cuz the only person I could think of is Dashy but surely there has to be more no?
Out of the 39 World Champion in COD history, 20 have played for FaZe at some point in their career. Could HyDra become the 21st World Champ to play under FaZe?
Every World Champion to play for FaZe:
Crowder - BO2, Ghosts, WW2, BO4
Karma - Ghosts
JKap - Ghosts
FormaL - Ghosts (FaZe Black)
Parasite - Ghosts, AW
Apathy - Ghosts, AW
Aches - AW
Huke - AW
Clayster - AW, BO3, IW
Attach - AW, BO3, IW, WW2, BO4
SlasheR - AW, MWII
Priestahh - WW2, BO4, MW19
Cellium - BO4, MW19, CW, VG, MWII, MWIII, BO6
aBeZy - MW19, CW, VG, MWII, MWIII, BO6
Simp - MW19, CW, VG, MWII, MWIII, BO6, BO7
Arcitys - CW, VG
Prestinni - VG (subbed in for Simp in a Qual)
Drazah - MWIII, BO6, BO7
04 - BO7
Abuzah - BO7
Just caught up with the most recent reports, seems like Gentlemates and Falcons are now the frontrunners. Tbh I think there’s a good chance the Falcons win the HyDra/Scrap race purely due to the size of the contract. Plus Scrap and HyDra want 1 year deals so they’re probably thinking “let’s cash in while we’re still in our primes getting these type of offers and then we’ll see where OpTic/FaZe/Gentlemates sit going into the following year”
Players to win multiple World Championships for the same organization:
Shotzzy (OpTic) - 2024 & 2025
Dashy (OpTic) - 2024 & 2025
Simp (FaZe) - 2021 & 2026
From 2013-2024, there wasn’t a single player who won multiple World Championships for the same org. And now we’ve seen 3 players join the list in the last two years.
This is of course COD only. Shout out to FormaL for winning a COD World Championship (2017) and Halo World Championship (2022) under OpTic
The first player to appear in the Finals of two different Champs with the same org was Rambo on EnVy (2013 & 2014) followed by JKap also on EnVy (2013 & 2016). JKap then made his 3rd Champs finals appearance for EnVy in 2017, a record that was tied 5 years later when Simp, aBeZy, and Cellium appeared in 3 straight Champs finals in 2020-2022 under FaZe. Shotzzy & Dashy joined the list with 3 appearances for OpTic (2024-2026), but Simp has overtaken the record with 4 appearances under FaZe (2020, 2021, 2022, 2026).
Mercules is the first player in Call of Duty history to win 3 of his first 4 $1M tournaments.
He joins Simp as the only two players to make the finals in their first 4 $1M tournaments.
Mercules:
EWC 2026 - 1st
Champs 2026 - 2nd
EWC 2025 - 1st
Champs 2025 - 1st
Simp:
Champs 2022 - 2nd
Champs 2021 - 1st
Champs 2020 - 2nd
Champs 2019 - 1st
