On hold with @PepcoConnect because they charged me for 300 kWh of additional usage than the weekly emails they send said, and they’re telling folks to hang up and call another time because they’re too busy. Maybe don’t overcharge people?!?!

Yes. If we’re serious about Vision Zero, we need real accountability for dangerous driving. Too often, out-of-state drivers speed through our streets knowing it’s harder to enforce consequences across state lines. That loophole needs to close.
Kody’s account was hacked: they changed the password and did multiple factor auth, emailed him to say the account will be sold if he doesn’t buy it, and is sending links through DM to hack other accounts. Guess what @X is doing to help? NOTHING. They don’t care about their users.

Decided to try flying @SouthwestAir and WOW what a mistake. Worst customer service I’ve experienced, AND they charged me for automatic check-in but then told me too many people bought automatic check-in so I didn’t get a higher place in line. Stay away from them if you can!
