The vehicle has been removed and the lane reopened. During the removal officers spotted multiple drivers passing the scene taking photos or videos while driving. 5 tickets issued for distracted driving. ^jb

#LambtonOPP currently have Hwy 40 closed between Rokeby and Moore Lines for a large crane that has entered the ditch. No injuries reported. Closure is expected to last most of the day while crews attempt to remove the vehicle. ^jb
