I made this by the way...
My 12 year old son just made this @Tesla Roadster game from scratch by himself using AI.
AI is nuts.
Devs back in the day would post some bangers 😂, came across this one while reading on libuv.

Folks saying it's high taxes aren't being thoughtful.
There's currently 2 Microsoft centers in Netherlands, they have way higher tax rates than Kenya, and yet have data centers, and a campus.
In Germany they have 7, they also have higher taxes.
Microsoft is closing its Africa Development Centre (ADC) in Nairobi, Kenya, ending its engineering operations there.
Note:
- Employees were informed of the closure on *Monday, Oct 12, 2026* as part of Microsoft's global restructuring.
- The move follows the earlier closure of the Lagos ADC in 2024.
- On the same day, Microsoft execs led by Jeff Bullwinkel met with ICT CS William Kabogo. Kabogo said he stressed retaining local talent, protecting jobs, and sustaining investor confidence.
- Microsoft spokesperson said the changes impacted the engineering department but the company will continue operating in Kenya and supporting customers.
- The government and Microsoft are expected to develop a joint action plan on AI adoption, digitization of government services, cybersecurity, and digital skills.
What's your take?

I hadn't seen this one before - someone on reddit posted this fantastic trick for creating shell "runnable" C files

The History os x86: From 4004 to 486
🔗pikuma.com/blog/history-of-x…
Why is x86 little-endian? Why are registers called AX, BX, CX, and DX? Why do DOS addresses use the format A000:0000, and why does the modern PC still wakes up pretending to be a chip from 1978?

If you actually try to fully understand this, you’re about to learn wonderful things like
1. Virtual memory vs Physical Memory
2. Page table
3. Memory Management Unit (MMU)
4. Translation Lookaside Buffer (TLB)
5. L1/L2/L3 CPU caches
6. Cache coherence (e.g. MESI protocol)
7. False sharing
8. mmap(2)/munmap(2)
And it’s hell of a rabbit hole.
