Being on the 2002 @Husker_Baseball College World Series bound team is one of the best things I’ve done in life.
20 years later, what a weekend!!! We got back together and supported our Ace, Shane Komine, get inducted into the @Huskers Hall of Fame! ⚾️
Being able to be a teammate of this guy was something special! Complete dominance on the mound. He made everyone better. I am grateful I was able to learn from him during my freshman year. This is a well deserved honor. Congrats Shane

August 14, 2010: @BrianDuensing52 pitches a three-hit shutout as the first-place #MNTwins beat the @Athletics 2-0.
He gave up one hit in each of the first three innings. Reigning AL MVP Mauer went 3-for-4. The Twins went on to win the Central for the sixth time in nine years.

#MNTwins reliever @BrianDuensing52 earned TWO wins in a doubleheader in Chicago on this date in 2013. He faced four White Sox, retiring all four.
On paper, the only other pitcher in franchise history with two wins on the same day is Walter Johnson, but see Jim Perry 7/20/69.
Always looking like you were carrying luggage off the field!
I did love my fist pumps and the #MNTwins got the best player in the draft with Brooks Lee. Excited to watch his journey to Minnesota. Enjoy the ride
Yep it was Burton. We sold it pretty good. Actually had people ask why he would punch a teammate like that

Great seeing and talking to the guy who first trusted me. Good luck Van Horn!!! #MCWS
First #CWS game since 2005 tonight. A few more gray hairs since the last time. Still feels like I’m headed to the Blatt not the Chuck

Great podcast @BrianDuensing52 @GoLonge17. Surprised myself and @hoverdaddy didn’t get a mention as an integral part of developing your mental toughness freshman year of college. #6thFloorHarperHall
