1/n our insurance requires us to use @cvspharmacy online for my husbands specialty prescription. He has spent at least 15 hours on the phone in the last 2 wks to get this. He has run out of meds. He can’t get CVS to fill it with the drug co benefit card
7/ Tell me @cvspharmacy online how and when is he going to get his medication?? He has lost hours of work time on the phone over and over and over with you. You have a script you have ins# and a loaded drug co debit card.
8/ drug co payment plan has talked to you @cvspharmacy online and verified the card. It is loaded. You have a glitch in your system preventing him from getting medication he needs. Your customer service is abysmal HELP
