I honestly don't know why I am still persevering with talking to my parents. They haven't really changed in 10 years absence, they don't think they need to. Today's gem? I'm fat because of all the butter I eat. Not the disability, the health problems... It's the butter. WTF?!

Have to admit, while I'm trying to be positive, I am really struggling today. This situation is making my mental health so bad, and I want to be able to stop being scared. I'm trying to distract myself, sure, but it's not working. And I don't know what to do. :(

Great, and now they have transferred me to the insurance team @virginmedia and the damn call has been dropped. I am a disabled woman who can't make phonecalls without the risk of the call dropping, the phone restarts for no reason, won't detect networks. FIX IT VIRGIN!

on the phone to @virginmedia because my phone isnt working properly, having a fucking panic attack because I've been on the phone for over an hour, and have been trying to sort this problem for 2-3 months. Waiting to talk to a manager, and it's not happening. PISSED OFF

oh yeah, and @arrivanorthwest - because of this you have a complaint sent to you, and I am too ill to get out of bed, potentially for days. Thanks SO much for making a wheelchair user ill. Your drivers need to be aware of disabilities.

So yet again @arrivanorthwest bus drivers are proving that they don't give a flying fuck about people with disabilities. I get grumbled at 90% of the time about having to get the ramp out, and yet again last night, the bus didn't stop for me, and just drove past. Fuming.

on hold to @RoyalMail for nearly 25 minutes, getting more and more stressed and anxious because they only actually delivered 1 of 2 packages. So where's the other package guys?!

So @RoyalMail have lost my package, AND one of their employees hung up on my. GREAT customer service. But you know, losing my package can't be their fault, because it's a DHL shipping number from the US and despite DHL handing it to RM for deliver, no they didn't! OMG!

I got the hoover out. This boy officially hated me. He has now forgiven me though, I gave him some biscuits. :P
