If what we know so far is true, the story goes like this. @realDonaldTrump is about to win the presidency in 2016 when a porn actress reportedly begins to threaten she will tell the media she had an affair with him 10 years earlier in 2006. Trump denies having an affair but it's politics and a presidential campaign. Anything can be used against you. Trump's lawyer quickly pays the porn actress $130k to avoid media attention and all the rest. Trump later reimburses his lawyer using his personal money, labeling the payment a legal expense. This might be a campaign violation..let's take a closer look, some folks begin to say after he surprisingly won the election against the projections by many. The DOJ and all others look at it and decide not to do anything since it might just be a misdemeanor and can only attract a small fine. Seven years after the misdemeanor has expired, another District Attorney who campaigned on the promise that he will prosecute Trump, first decides not to reopen the expired case, then after pressure decides to elevate it to a felony and tie it to the 2016 campaign. A grand jury indicts Trump. Now, based on that weak case that will certainly be dismissed, Trump is set to become the first American president or former president to be indicted in more than 200 years as he leads in the polls in his attempt to return to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington. Many people in America and Trump himself believe it's simply a political persecution. The case, as I said before, would most likely backfire! Time will tell.
