This one really hits home for me…
It’s been such a rollercoaster ride in entrepreneurship and business over the years. The Sacrifices made. The hardships and tears shed.
Since I was a kid I’ve always strived to elevate everyone around me to help them become more and do more than they thought was possible…
From being an Inventor and Selling Ice in my early 20s to becoming an Investor and helping people elevate their companies and brands with Accelerant Media Group in my late 20s and early 30s.
One thing has always remained consistent. And that is humanizing myself and all the brands I’ve worked with. Take away all the business accolades, money made, and company milestones hit. At the end of the day, we are all people who want to connect with real people who are doing good in the world.
This is why I believe in the power of a Personal Brand and how that brand can impact your company and all of the lives you come in contact with.
Today is the release of my Cover Feature on Valiant CEO Magazine.
I’m speechless..

Awesome time in Las Vegas last week at the business accelerator mastermind🚀Here’s some moments from the event!
Spent the day with a room full of entrepreneurs ready to scale, execute, and build the right connections. Always honored to have the opportunity to speak and help entrepreneurs looking to grow!
You Only have to be Right One Time in your Life for your Entire Life to Change for the Better. Make this Week be the Week you change your Life Forever. 👏 🇺🇸
I never thought I would ever leave the small town I grew up in. But my dreams changed over time. I moved to where the opportunity was for my new dream. And have done it ever since. Here’s a clip from my documentary “Beyond Small Town Dreams” available to watch on Amazon.
My early entrepreneurial days consisted of me selling Ice 🧊
Every 4th of July week I’m reminded of it and still miss doing that Ice routes. It was the one week of the year where we sold the most Ice out of the entire year and it was a rush for me. Wake up early, go to bed late, and delivering until all coolers were filled. If you are in the ice business you know what I mean.. Happy 4th of July 🇺🇸
Sat down with @SinicropiSpine and asked him why he wanted to become a surgeon…
Such an awesome conversation! Listen to the full episode on my YouTube here: youtu.be/2Ahv0huEJqI?si=dE5k…
Who you choose to build with matters just as much as what you're building.
People often ask me what I look for in a business partner. They assume it's experience, credentials, or some impressive track record. While those things can help, the first thing I look for is the person.
I want to understand what drives them, what excites them, and what kind of goals they have for their life. I want to know their character, their values, and what they truly care about.
The next thing I pay attention to is how they handle responsibility. Anybody can talk about what they're going to do. What matters is what they actually do when given the opportunity.
Trust is another major factor. It’s earned over time through actions. When challenges come up, trust becomes the foundation that allows people to navigate difficult situations together.
I also look for a willingness to learn and grow. The best partners are constantly looking for ways to become better. They ask questions, seek knowledge, and remain curious. They understand that growth never stops, no matter how much success they've already achieved.
Culture fit is equally important. Great partnerships happen when both people are moving toward a similar vision and operating from a similar mindset.
Those are the qualities I look for in every partnership, whether it's a business partner, team member, advisor, or investor. When you find the right people and build with them over time, that's when you encounter massive growth.

The secret to success?
You have to obsess over it. You have to do more. You have to do the things other people aren’t willing to do.

One lesson I've learned through experience is that not all capital is good capital. Just because someone is willing to invest in your company doesn't mean you should take their money.
Build traction, prove your concept, and create value before bringing in outside investors. The stronger your position, the better your options will be!
I’m bringing back my BRAND Formula training, and this time with my business partner, Kevin Harrington 🙌
