ESPN Sources: surgery on J.J. McCarthy’s torn meniscus revealed that a repair was necessary and the Vikings rookie quarterback now will miss the 2024 season. While the Vikings are disappointed, they “strongly believe he will come back better and have a long, successful NFL career”, as one team official said. But rookie season is over.

You know what would make the 2023 Eagles sucking so much easier to deal with? If the 2022 Eagles, who actually were the best team in the league and had a double digit lead in the 2nd half of the Super Bowl, hadn't choked that game away.
