Additional context regarding BC tax rates: across all major revenue sources, the province is the second lowest tax jurisdiction in Canada overall. Roughly 17% below the national average.

Project Dorothy's 100 MW just landed conditional base-load status from ERCOT in Batch Zero.
That puts Soluna's total conditional base load capacity in Texas at 266 MW, with a 50 MW expansion for Dorothy also under active study.
Nice writeup from @theenergymag.

For me hydrograph is more than just my most significant (by far) investment.
It’s a chance to be part owner and a supporter of a company with a technology, the national professor of the year, Dr Chris Sorensen says will change the world.
I want to see the world evolve to using 30% less plastic per product and recycle it ~30% times. Meaning a consumption drop of 50%
I want to see us get on with graphene tech that makes products last 2-3x longer so that it’s like a +75% drop in waste over a product life cycle when combined with the size/weight and recycling improvements.
I want to see less plastic leaching in PET bottles and other food containers and plastic bags for human health
I want to see food last longer and their for be more abundant for the poor and hungry.
I want to see products use significantly less energy when in use due to lower friction and less weight.
I believe in Dr Sorensen and the future of turbostratic fractal graphene as a world changing foundational nanomaterial.
Worlds don’t get changed overnight… no matter how much we wish they would.

#Renewables are the way forward
Climate Week NYC just wrapped up, and AI’s energy use was the big conversation.
The concerns are real, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
Soluna powers data centers with curtailed renewable energy, connected behind-the-meter. No waiting on the grid.
The future of computing is here and it’s powered by renewables.

How do I get rid of these community notes asking me for assistance? I’ve done most of my pro bono for the year.

Renewable energy is being wasted at scale. AI needs power at scale. Soluna connects the two.
Wind and solar farms across the US are curtailing power the grid can't absorb. Meanwhile, AI infrastructure developers are waiting years for grid capacity that doesn't exist yet.
Soluna builds behind-the-meter at renewable generation sites. The stranded power becomes compute. The wait disappears.

Kati 1 is complete 💥
Final 14 MW energized on time.
Soluna's total operating capacity is now 206 MW.
Additionally, ERCOT has conditionally classified the full 166 MW Kati campus as Base Load in Batch Zero — preserving interconnection capacity while 438,000+ MW of requests wait in the queue.
This is what building where the power already exists looks like.
This is Renewable Computing.

While everyone was returning from their summer vacations, a trifecta of forces drove copper to an all-time high above $14,500/tonne on the LME today:
1) Surging demand, led by massive grid buildouts and explosive data-center growth;
2) Extremely constrained supply, exacerbated by El Niño-driven droughts in Chile;
3) A historic drawdown in global inventories (especially on the LME) as metal flows into the U.S. market.
I don’t see these challenges resolving anytime soon. The copper market is only headed in one direction… UP.
