45 min prior to boarding we get this from @AmericanAir. 1 min of research shows the inbound AC took off 2 hours late from BCN 10.5 hours ago. No one knew until 45 min prior that this airplane might be late.? WX 👌in both places. Air France just taxied by right on time to CDG.
AA #2488. CLT-ORD. Normally a 1:45 flight. But WX (known) & delays on the ground & in the air create a 3:15 flight before departure. Does anyone think @AmericanAir saw this developing and said hey maybe we should put some food on board for our passengers? Nope. Doritos in 1st 👍
