One of the most common use cases we see with @Box and AI is combining unstructured and structured data for meaningful outcomes. Enter @Google GenAI Toolbox for Databases. With @langchain and LangGraph agents, @OpenAI gpt-4.5-preview, Box and the Toolbox, we created a property abstract tool that extracts key data from a mortgage application including the address, and then searches for records in our database for that address. The result is a report outlining property, title history, tax, lien, easement, and legal information without having to dig through the database yourself.
