Listening to talking heads this morning is infuriating, Not Guilty does not mean a jury has found anyone innocent. It just means they couldn't conclude guilt.
We need a Not Proven verdict to make a clearer distinction.
This is such BS from the BBC whose Transport department more than likely turned a blind eye just as they did for Jimmy Saville.

In 2008 on a BBC Radio Show phoned a woman's grandfather to boast about sleeping with her.
That host, Russell Brand, was today pronounced guilty of Rape and Sexual Assault.
Sometimes people tell you who they are at the time, Don't blame the victims for being afraid to report.
Once again we have seen fame and wealth are worthless when put before a Jury in the British Legal System.
Hopefully the CPS will now see the ethicacy of trying more such cases.

Now Russell Brand's been convicted of rape, we need to talk about Sylvie Berki. Because she can't speak for herself.
In 2014, Ms Berki said she'd been assaulted by Russell Brand.
But if she talks about it, even now, she risks jail.
I think Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Peter Mandelson might be sweating a bit this morning, the FBI will find it very hard not to supply the evidence British police have requested now the US federal legislatures have flipped.
