An aside observation. Sandra Birchmore confided in men who had a lot to lose if their own alleged sexual abuse of Sandra was revealed:
late 2020/early 2021 Birchmore told Joshua Heal, now an Abington Police Officer, that Matthew Farwell was violent with her. Heal is accused of sexually abusing Birchmore at the Stoughton Animal shelter when he was the town's animal control officer. No action was taken by Heal, an Abington cop, married at the time
Jan. 10, 2021 Birchmore meets Billy Farwell in her Canton Woods parking lot. She tells Billy she is pregnant with Matt's baby. They have sex, per POST decertification report. No action taken by Billy Farwell, a Stoughton cop, also married
Jan. 24, 2021, she told U.S. Army recruiter Jason Pickard, the father of her unborn child, that Matt Farwell was casing her apartment. The U.S. Army has strict rules about military members fraternizing with recruits, like Sandra. Investigators recovered sexual explicit videos and photos of Birchmore and Pickard on the Farwell brothers' phones, per Stoughton IAD report. No action taken by Pickard, a member of the U.S. military
These three men are all referenced in the Stoughton IAD report that former Deputy Chief Brian Holmes testified last week made him fear that there were crimes being committed in other states

When Sandra Birchmore was found dead, her best friend, Lesley Davis, knew exactly where the fingers should point. Overcome with grief and suspicion, she did what any responsible citizen would do: she marched straight into the Canton Police Department to tell them that Stoughton police officer Matthew Farwell needed to be investigated immediately.
"I implicated Matthew Farwell", she testifies to on October 15th, 2026.
But instead of triggering a swift, meticulous police response, her desperate warning seemingly vanished into thin air.
During her emotional testimony at the federal trial of Matthew Farwell, Davis revealed the jaw-dropping complacency of the Canton Police Department. Here is a breakdown of everything the Canton Police failed to do when a crucial witness walked through their doors:
🔹️They did not take a single note - Davis testified that she sat down and spoke with two men at the department, implicating Farwell directly. Despite the gravity of her allegations, neither man bothered to pick up a pen or record a single word she said.
🔹️They did not log an official report - Because no notes were taken, no official police report or paper trail was generated to document her visit or the critical intelligence she provided.
🔹️They did not follow up - Her warning was treated with complete indifference, leaving a grieving friend unheard and a potential suspect uninvestigated by the local department at a critical juncture.
It shouldn't take a federal investigation to get the police to do basic paperwork. Davis did her part to seek justice for Sandra; the Canton Police Department completely failed to do theirs.

Megan Lambert.
A teacher at Silver Rail Elementary and "Coach Megan" to the girls of the Central Oregon Volleyball Club.
In her first year coaching, she refused to be paid, asking instead that the money go toward players whose families couldn't afford for them to play.
That's who she was making room for kids who might otherwise have been left on the sidelines.
On Thursday, she was one of four lives lost at Silver Rail Elementary.
Heidi, from the Central Oregon Volleyball Club, shared what so many who knew her are feeling:
"She would have given you the shirt off her back, but you didn't give her the chance... you didn't give her the chance to be the great mom that we all knew she would be."
A teacher. A coach. Someone who gave more than she ever took.
Three children and the woman who spent her days caring for children like them. Bend lost all four on the same afternoon.

Wow. I really can't make this stuff up. For over 3 years, we've heard that "no investigation is perfect" and "cops make mistakes, doesn't mean it's nefarious" and "bad investigation doesn't make Karen innocent." From the author of the Mabbe8 account, "If you want a good cop to hire, Michael Proctor is your guy. He is the most vetted cop in USA history."
Fast forward 1 year. All of a sudden, THE SAME COPS AND SAME DEPARTMENTS now need an overhaul. What was a "simple mistake and innocent errors" before, now require "complete overhaul." You see, Weekday Pamphlet, this is why NOBODY takes you seriously. You slobbered all over the MSP Knob for years....now, when your employers aren't the center of attention....you want "overhaul."
FKR has been screaming "OVERHAUL" for nearly 4 years. We've been screaming reform from the top of our lungs and we were called lunatics. How dare we demand accountability!

Joshua Levy was present for MSP Trooper Dunne's testimony.
Leah Foley was present for former-MSP Trooper Nick Guarino's testimony.
Thus far, the only MSP employees that have testified in the US vs Matthew Farwell trial have been Dunne and Guarino.. and the United States Attorney's office (both former and current) made sure they were present.
Just an interesting observation to note, of course. 😊

BREAKING: Laken Snelling sentenced to 10 years in prison today.
Former University of Kentucky student Laken Snelling (22) was sentenced today for the death of her newborn son.
The baby was born alive in August 2025 and later discovered wrapped in a towel inside a trash bag in her bedroom closet.
Snelling pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and three additional charges.
During her plea hearing, she admitted that instead of helping her newborn, she ended his life.
Prosecutors recommended 13 years. She received 10.

New information revealed today - Sandra Birchmore‘s best friend went to the Canton police department to report that Sandra had told her that Matthew Farwell physically assaulted her because he was mad that she was pregnant. The two unnamed officers she spoke with did not take notes and apparently did nothing.

The FBI uncovered the Jan 20, 2021 phone call that the "unnamed woman" made to the Stoughton PD in order to extort Sandra Sandra over $248.
The Stoughton Dispatcher than told Matthew Farwell, and 11 days later Sandra was dead.
