Mistrial declared. Absolutely WILD day that started at 9:45am Eastern with one juror accusation, and ended a little before 4pn with a mistrial after 3 jurors were admonished by a very pissed judge. Wow wow wow.

I have watched many trials and never seen anything like what is happening in NC v. David Prevatte. Juror accusations running rampant. I don't see a way out of this for the judge other than declaring a mistrial. This 100% gets sent back on appeal in event of conviction IMO.
