I really wish people would stop drastically using the scenarios of rape or incest as the sole premise for an abortion. A woman doesn’t have to be in a traumatic situation for it to be reason enough. In fact there is zero explanation that needs to be given.

Just so we're clear: the pregnancy that ends up in the wrong spot, like the fallopian tube? The one that will NEVER turn into a baby and will rupture and kill your wife, daughter, or sister? Terminating that fetus is also an abortion, and they want to ban those, too.

A common fallacy is that abortions are mostly done for “unwanted” pregnancies.
The truth is that, abortions are done for many other reasons, often related to maternal health (i.e. ectopic pregnancies) and for fetuses with diagnoses that are incompatible with extrauterine life.
