There’s chronological age and there’s biological age. Chronological age: How many years you have been alive since you were born. Biological age: How old your body seems to be, based on things like your health, fitness, cells, and how well your body functions. So it’s normal for people to say things like, “you look younger/older than your age” based off what they see.
