⚽️ Another great evening at Bootle RA!
Great turnout for our October meeting at Marine FC. We started with our Laws of the Game questions before welcoming Aimee Ross for a fantastic session on Sports Psychology.
A huge thank you to Aimee and everyone who joined us! 👏🏼⚽️
Aimee’s session looked at the importance of the mental side of refereeing — confidence, dealing with pressure, managing emotions, staying focused and being able to reset after a difficult decision.
Another really positive night for Bootle RA. 💪🏼⚽️
