We spun up AlmaLinux 9 servers (finally supported), added CloudLinux OS & Imunify360, optimized MySQL, and gave you PHP 5.6 to 8.3. Yes, ancient PHP versions. Why? You asked for it! BoostedHost is all about pleasing you. ❤️⬇️
3/ Saved us?:
Randomly, ChatGPT mentioned “WHM DNSOnly.” A lightbulb moment! Turns out, cPanel is so much more than we thought: DNS clusters, config clusters, SMTP relays, you name it. Sleep-deprived me (Jordan, CEO) fell in love with cPanel & threw Plesk out the window. 😂⬇️
2/ “à la Poubelle”:
We wanted LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, & AlmaLinux 9. Turns out, Plesk didn’t play well with them. Weeks of trying AlmaLinux 8 led to kernel nightmares. Group Brain (our 4 collective braincells) failed hard. Everything went… à la poubelle (to the trash). 🤦♂️⬇️
