Children learn far more from what we do than from what we say.
The way we speak to ourselves, handle conflict, express emotions, show kindness, manage stress, and treat other people often becomes part of what children carry into adulthood.
Many emotional wounds are not taught through lessons. They are learned through observation.
The same is true for empathy, resilience, respect, and compassion.
