Just finished The Song of Achilles by Madeleine Miller - a wonderful retelling of the seige of Troy (and before), focusing on the relationship between Achilles and Patroclus and Patroclus and Briseis. So sensitively written. Read it in two sittings. What are you reading?
😂I've just finished reading The Boy From The Sea by Garrett Carr - really enjoyed it. Also listend to The Land by Maggie O'Farrell which I thought was exceptional.

Goodreads tells me that I've now read 900 books since I started recording them in 2010 (though some predates that period). My 900th book was The Mermaid Of The Black Conch. An enjoyable read. I'll have to look back and pick out some favourites. What are you reading this weekend?
