Heartbroken. Jaymar was a great person. He made everyone’s day better. He cared so much about the success of his teammates. I will miss him greatly.

I had a great time at the NFC BOYZ 1v1 tournament for $1,000, Which I came in first place and genuinely was a great experience. @CoachNicFoley #AGTG 💯

The beautiful thing about an athlete’s journey has nothing to do with stats. It’s who they become in the pursuit of all sport has to offer. Similar to life, no season is the same. This triggers new growth inside & out. Year after year after year.

I know we live in a world where people like to pretend that representation doesn’t matter.
But there is an entire nation of people who got to see someone that looked like them play in the NFL for the first time.
And I for one thinks that’s pretty cool.
This Cowboys rookie offensive lineman got a standing ovation after a 4th quarter preseason touchdown he blocked for ⬇️
Shiyazh Pete is the first Navajo to ever sign with an NFL team. Saturday night, Navajo nation showed up in Glendale, AZ, for the undrafted rookie out of Kentucky in an overwhelming way

I don’t think sports are about creating professional athletes. I think they’re about creating people capable of doing extraordinary things afterward.
I didn’t grow up dreaming about becoming a speaker or founder.
Sports gave me the confidence to become both.

Football is the last sport where your high school still matters most. No expensive club teams controlling your path. Ball out on Friday nights, make good grades, put good film on tape, and you'll get recruited. The gridiron hasn't become a pay-to-play pipeline. #GrindOn
I’ve learned this after college football, professional football, and mentoring athletes
The skills that earn you a roster spot aren’t always the skills that build your career.
The athlete-to-CEO pipeline isn’t built on talent.
It’s built on habits, leadership, relationships, and the ability to perform under pressure.
