Had a dude tell me yesterday, “I can’t believe you let your dog sleep on the bed.” Looka here… I’d let Checkers drive me to Dollar General if she wanted to. I’d probably even co-sign if she decided to buy her own property to run and raise hell in. Truth is one day I’ll look over and she won’t be on that bed snoring anymore. Until that day comes, she can sleep wherever she wants.

Good Afternoon South Boston

It doesn’t look like this on a dreary morning in South Boston but the 2 guys and a driver crew was Top 5 in CARS Tour practice yesterday. Hopefully the rain will stop and we can eat bologna burgers and have a good run tonight!

Came to Virginia to @BrandonBrownWV Cafe for a Delicious Bologna and Egg Burger. Heard they’s an automobile race in town tomorrow. Might stay around for it.

#TBT to about 16 years ago this week, back when Georgia still had more than one asphalt racetrack. Some of y’all have heard this one while we were trading war stories. Well, here’s the photographic evidence. We were racing at Gresham a big true half mile. I’d just passed a fella for third or so when we made very slight contact getting into Turn 1. He got mad for whatever reason and hung a left, never lifting until I climbed the inside wall. Tore our 💩 all to hell over absolutely nothing. One of my buddies running behind us saw the whole thing and took exception to it. On the restart, he sent that fella sightseeing down the backstretch. Meanwhile Fred was in the pits mad enough to drink boiling water and piss ice cubes. By the time that driver came in on the wrecker (Pictured) Fred was waiting with a jack handle. Some folks are all bark and no bite. Fred skipped the barking altogether and tried to Chipper Jones the man’s head. To this day, I’m thankful that fella fell and Daddy missed. Everybody was out of line that night, us included. But when you’ve poured your blood, sweat, tears, and every spare dollar into something, watching it get destroyed for nothing can make common sense leave the premises. Luckily, Fred didn’t get hauled off. He did however get his own personal Georgia State Patrol chauffeur around the pits for the next 45 minutes. Great times!

For those of yall that wonder about Checkers. Checkers is currently unavailable. She’s recovering from the exhausting responsibility of doing absolutely jack 💩 all day.

When I was growin’ up these two had a saying that absolutely drove me up the damn wall…. “We’ll see.” Can we go to the wrestling matches this weekend? “We’ll see.” Can I get that NASCAR toy at K-Mart? “We’ll see.” I HATED those two words. Even as a kid, I knew damn well “We’ll See” was just a polite way of saying ABSOLUTELY NOT without having to actually say it. Fast forward 35+ years and wouldn’t you know it. I’ve become the very people I used to complain about. I used to think these two were just being mean and ruining my childhood. Turns out they were teaching me one of the greatest ways to get out of doing 💩 without hurting anybody’s feelings. Took me a few decades, but I finally understand the power of “WE’LL SEE.” Thank You Mama and Daddy. I owe y’all an apology.

When I first seen the sky this morning on my route I thought I was hallucinating, and hell I knew I wasn’t drinking last night. I first thought George Jetson was late to work and had kicked that 4-Barrel in on his spaceship to makeup time. I was sure glad when Jason S. Smith sent me this picture that he was seeing the same thing.

I got very much respect for both teams. I Just wanted to share with yall and show her passion for racing, Mama Judy is a big @LandonHuffman supporter.

The area I live in has had a boil water advisory for a couple days for the entire county. I’ve never seen grown adults lose their minds like this. Bottle water has been like gold. People just petrified to use the water, worried they’d get sick. I get a kick out of it and laugh, because I’ve been out drinking and partying with some of the folks that are publicly worried to death. I’ve seen some of the folks they went home with from the bars back then, and if putting their mouth on them didn’t kill’em back then, I don’t figure some dirty water is gonna harm them now in the least bit.

Support the ones who support short track racing. I wanted a steak so @texasroadhouse it is. Make @LandonHuffman proud.

Friday Nites alright for a Stock Car Race!

When Floods are coming on Saturday, that then means…… Fridays are for Short Track Racing!

We headed to Newport to help that Claremont Kid driving the 75. Stopped at some choke n puke in the North GA Mountains and got breakfast. Fred happier than a jackass eating briars. Gonna be biscuit crumbs everywhere by the time we get to Tennessee.

Thoughts and Prayers to the fella in the red diesel truck that was before me at pump #1 this morning. Stay strong Pimp 💪🏻
