I saw this last night.
I thought everyone learned that telling people not to buy your product was a bad idea?
I read the article & full statement. As a whole, it's not much better than the headline.
It's not getting better at time soon.

We're missing nuance.
The villian characters in UB sets fall into some devivative of Grixis, mostly black.
Old #mtg was better about heroes & villians spread through the color pie.
Elesh Norn isn't a hero because you tap plains to cast her.

Here is the list of #edh decks I'm bringing on the move
Boros Blinks
Kellan Curses
Spicy Vanilla
Myrkul Steal and Sac
Green Burn
Judo Clone
Anafenza Mill
What an I missing? Should I leave one of these behind? I want to make friends, not alienate people.

That little bin, that's all the cards I'm taking on the move.
Any guesses which decks made the cut?
More importantly, I've got a stack of cards to give away. I have enough for 2 maybe 3 #giveaways
I'm doing them back to back! So stay tuned!

Let's look at some of these decks in bringing
Spicy Vanilla is all about cards that seem like they don't have abilities. Then SURPRISE that morph flips over and you're in trouble.

Why would you ask a 300-year-old frozen man for help?
Because he is better. At what? Everything.

This is the deck I'm considering adding to the list.
With all the commander options the deck feels more varied. Plus there are always new elves being printed, so it's easy to upgrade.
Should I bring it?

Here are some of the hits from my weekend pickup.

It's #fnm Friday!
If I time things right today I've got a big set of cards to pick up.
It's 3 orders bundled into one that I was able to negotiate down in price.
I can't use all the cards, so it might be time for a #giveaway
Stay tuned!

I got a game in before the game yesterday. I dusted off my Blue Heroic deck.
For being neglected for over a year it's still very strong.
I had 3 copies of Sage of Hours &3 Thrummingbird. Then I casually cast open into wonder and won on my 3rd extra turn.

Looking through all these cards got me thinking about sets from the last couple of years.
There were some interesting mechanics & cards. I even got a got of Samut.
I think it's a sign to do an emergency deck build. Should I bring it to life?

It's great to see when the cards from a giveaway get to their end destination. It's even better when the new owner already has a home in mind for some of those cards.
Congrats again @TheRealAntiNuLL
Should I do another giveaway before July 4th?

I decided to follow up with this. I'm on vacation this week and called 3 local shops where I am.
None of them had the #mtgxmarvel decks, but one of the shops had these Welcome decks, & ones from 2024.
They hooked me up.
Check them out on @manapool

Has anyone see these in the wild?
#mtgxmarvel @wizards_magic
These welcome decks get announced, but none of the shops by me never have any. Then I'll see them on facebook for $100

I've got the goods. Now I've got to sneak them inside since I'm not supposed to buy cards right now.
Can you relate?

The good times keep rollin' on.
Possibly my last @BlueWahoosBBall game for a while.
But at least I got great seats. You know it's good when you're right behind the scout cameras.
