Regarding this post has blown up, i wanna clarify some stuff! 1. It is still safe to use! Dextro is working hard to keep Avatars safe, and is doing their best to fight the usage of AI. I do advise if ripping is something you are worried about in general, Dextro is a good investment its protected my avatars for years now and i stand by it. just be mindful of what worlds / Lobbies you join. 2. The posts i keep linking. From youtube videos to other twitter posts. I'm linking any form of Media i think helps explain the Effects of AI in VRChat. Thankfully! VRC Has finally noticed everyone's efforts and will be taking action as we all have. Lets hope for the best. 3. This post was never meant to cause any controversy. This was never meant to be a "Dont use Dextro" or "I think AI is wrong and you should agree" Post. Yes i have strong feelings against the use of AI. And i have strong feelings about Protecting makers of all kinds on this platform. It was a post for awareness. I want poeple to feel safe in game- especially for those of us who make models or worlds and want to keep out content safe. Not all of us can Copyright our models and file a million DMCA claims, So Dextro was a saving grace for a lot of us who wanted protection.
