I am deeply disappointed in both @Sterling_Bankng and @myaccessbank .
Yesterday, I transferred a sum of money from my Access Bank account to a Sterling Bank account to purchase an item. Immediately after receiving the money, the recipient blocked me and disappeared.
I reported the incident immediately.
Access Bank first asked for a police report. I went through the process and got one. After submitting it, I was then told I need a court order or the fraudster's consent to recover my own money. How am I supposed to get the consent of someone who has blocked me after scamming me?
Sterling Bank, on the other hand, told me Access Bank had not contacted them regarding the matter.
Since this happened, I have:
- Visited two Access Bank branches.
- Obtained and submitted a police report to both banks.
- Followed every instruction given to me.
Yet I still feel like I'm the one being punished while the person who defrauded me has all the time in the world to move the funds.
This raises serious questions:
What protection do Nigerian bank customers have when they become victims of fraud? Why does it feel like the burden is entirely on the victim? Is there no effective process to urgently restrict suspicious accounts while investigations are ongoing?
I use my Access Bank account every day, and this experience has left me feeling completely unsupported.
I'm not asking anyone to bypass the law. I'm asking why victims who report fraud immediately, with police documentation, are met with delays and procedures that can take months while the funds may already be gone.
I hope @Sterling_Bankng and @myaccessbank respond publicly and explain what protections actually exist for customers in situations like this.

That’s exactly what I do.
During the 2024–2025 $JUP run, I designed games and quizzes that kept the JUP community active daily. First to answer correctly won rewards.
But here’s the thing: the questions weren’t trivial. To win, you had to be updated, informed, and actually engaged with the ecosystem.
People weren’t just farming. They were learning.

Onboarding normies is one battle. Keeping them is the war. Most new entrants churn within weeks because nothing gives them a reason to stay curious.
My proposal is simple.
Fund a 3-month $ANSEM engagement program.
I’ll build recurring games, quizzes, and quest-style challenges that reward holders for staying informed, using protocols, and creating quality content, feeding directly into your bagworker airdrop criteria.
With 200 to 300 SOL, I’ll dedicate the next 3 months fully to this and bring on additional designers to scale it.
New people come for the speculation. They stay for the community that teaches them how to win.
Let’s give them a reason to stay.
