I-645 does not reduce any funding for schools until that money starts coming in a couple years. So a YES vote on I-645 simply sends it back to the legislature to fix their funding issues in a more responsible way.

WA's new income tax will cost the state $2 for every $1 it raises, and 18,800 jobs by 2036, according to a new report. Democrats already admit they plan to lower the $1 million threshold. Seattle's mayor says if millionaires leave, "like, bye." Does that sound like a plan to you?

My electricity bill for my primary residence was 24% higher in Oct. 2026 than it was in Oct. 2025. It's the same house with all the same appliances. This isn't what happens in an economy where the inflation rate is anywhere near 2%. That's just one bill. They're all going way up.

If you live in one of the gray states, your governor has blocked scholarships from the new Trump federal scholarship program from being given to kids in your state. And I would recommend upgrading to a better governor.

Pastor @PhilipAMitchell is not wrong ⏬ The greatest threat to the American Church is the American pulpit. The pulpit is killing the American Church. The pulpit is killing the Church in the UK. The pulpit is killing the Church in cities and countries all around the world. The pulpit, guilty of watered-down preaching and false teaching, is killing the Church.

This was in my hometown, downtown Cleveland, right next to the theater district. The sound of racking a shotgun remains universally understood in every language.
Todo esto me hizo acordar cuando los de BLM quisieron saquear una panadería italiana en Ohio. Qué maravilla la 2da enmienda

Good morning. Of note: French bond yields have been surging today (Bloomberg chart), pulling European peers higher and spilling over somewhat into the US. As noted previously, this dynamic is worth monitoring: if it gains traction, and it's an IF, the resulting two-way feedback loop could easily become a headache for many countries. #economy #markets #france #yields #bonds

Adults given blueberries had lower blood glucose and less than half the placebo group’s insulin level three hours after a large meal Adults with metabolic syndrome received the equivalent of 1 cup of blueberries with a ~1,000-calorie meal high in fat and carbohydrates The initial glucose rise still occurred, suggesting blueberries may improve how the body handles the meal later Gut hormones offer a possible explanation: a separate study in healthy adults found that wild blueberry anthocyanins increased GLP-1 and PYY, which help regulate nutrient handling and fullness

I have one superpower: I can get my a$$ kicked like nobody else. 👊 Guys... I'm not the best fighter. Not the smartest. Not the prettiest. But I can get knocked down and keep getting back up like a champ. I've been doing it my whole life. Shot. Stabbed. 40 surgeries. You name it. But here's what I've learned, especially these last few weeks: physical toughness and emotional toughness are two completely different things. And emotional toughness is so much harder. It's the invisible wounds that carry the deepest impact. Losing a teammate. Carrying guilt. Losing someone you love. I've been processing my own invisible wound lately... losing my best friend, Kharma. And I'll be honest, this one hit different. You can run 100 miles. You can lift 10,000 pounds. You can get your ass kicked and get back up every time. But if you can't overcome the invisible, emotional wounds, you're going to get stuck on that X. So build your emotional resilience the same way you'd build physical toughness. Get up. Get off the X. Drive forward. It doesn't stop hurting completely, but with time, it gets easier to carry. Get up and overcome. 🇺🇸 #EmotionalToughness #OvercomeMindset  #NavySEAL #GetOffTheX #MentalHealth

Wow. Elon Musk just said he’s going to give one SpaceX share to every kid in America next year. That’s roughly 72 million kids. At $150/share that’s about $10.8 billion total, or ~1.5% of the $SPCX shares he currently controls. Incredible!
Next year, I will give one of my SpaceX shares to every kid in America. This will be the first of many.

Stahl: Only a few folks have been found to commit this crime when we were going out of our way to not investigate so you should definitely keep not investigating it. Harmeet: Let me speak slowly in the hopes you'll comprehend how rule of law and law enforcement work.
🚨 Leslie Stahl of 60 Minutes says "There are very few non citizens that vote in elections, so what's the purpose?" There are thousands of ongoing cases of illegal alien voter fraud. It's also NEVER been investigated before until the Trump administration 2.0 because Democrats only win by cheating in elections. 60 minutes should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to employ such an airhead. Thankfully @HarmeetKDhillon shut her ridiculous inquiry down in epic fashion 👏🏼

Obama: It's a "basic principe of democracy" to not prosecute the other party 🤡
🤖 Made with AI
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.
