I've decided to post this link again since everyone is arguing about Social Security. Maybe instead of emotional blaming each other we should look for solutions. I happen to like the solution Walter E, Williams proposed. Please read and think about it.

Here is my challenge to all those who have adopted the anti-boomer position and defended it with, "well they voted for it and did nothing to stop it."
Show us how it's done. Do it now. Stop the government from growing out of control. Stop the government from wasting your money. Stop the fraud. Demonstrate for us how you are wiser and more capable than we ever were.
Believe it or not, we would love to see you succeed where you claim we were failures.

Democrats spent 40 years hiking energy prices, trying to wipe out domestic production, and pouring billions into pixie farts.
But now that diesel's exploding they're pinning it all on Iran 🤪
So, when a shortage overseas lands at an American truck stop, the fair question is who made it impossible to refine more at home. Pointing at Iran is convenient. Pointing only at Iran, while standing in the way of the one thing that would soften the blow, is something else.
And that’s the whole truth.

The fact that a juror needs to hire his own attorney is one of many examples of how our justice system is broken.
EXCLUSIVE: The attorney for the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial speaks to Fox News for the first time, telling Kayleigh McEnany about his client’s position during jury deliberations and the intense scrutiny he has faced since the trial.
Kayleigh presses Edward Paltzik on whether his client, Michael, ever had reasonable doubt after the jury foreperson raised concerns that he refused to follow reasonable doubt law.
“Michael had zero doubt,” Paltzik says, adding that his client had “a lot of evidence, a mountain of evidence” to back up his position.
Why did Michael hold his ground, and what does his attorney reveal about the fallout that followed?
Watch @kayleighmcenany's EXCLUSIVE interview TOMORROW at 8 AM ET on @foxandfriends.

The internet was supposed to be a free global exchange of information, but the Left owned the search engine (Google) that determined what you could find, acted as a stealth indoctrination machine
Social media was supposed to be online personas and connectivity for everyone, but Facebook, Twitter (pre-Elon), Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok became Left wing advocacy orgs pretending to be digital town squares
Artificial Intelligence is supposed to solve problems for humanity and massively increase productivity, but now a cabal of leftist billionaires are pretending their tech could end the world, and are demanding govt regulation, the ability to collude with each other, box out competitors...
The Left has achieved dominance of the most important information technologies for the last 30 years or so in what is the biggest ongoing psy op of all time
Maybe with AI we can avoid such Leftist control, or at least not hand it to them so they can save us from phony "extinction" fears

Correct. And in Texas - this is all compounded by absurd bonds (often approved in low turnout, low information elections) that fund massive schools in collusion with developers minting money off the construction… while kids still struggle to read and do math…

AI Oligarchs Lobby for Regulation
"The oligarchs of AI are tearing a page from the Wall Street industrial complex, lobbying to turn AI over to regulators who will outlaw the competition ahead of their upcoming IPO's."

Pausing the Federal Government would be more beneficial than pausing AI development.

Govt intervention is what has caused the student loan issue and it’s the among the lowest-hanging fruit to begin to solve wider affordability issues. Get govt out of the loan business, require recourse/responsibility from schools, give credit for interest paid already and allow for a bankruptcy process. I’ve written extensively on this for those seeking more detail.
I used to be a big believer in the idea that everyone should be responsible for their own student loans. Taxpayer money should not be used to bail out a minority
However, the more stories I hear and read, I drift towards the Peter Thiel camp where I think the problem is unsolvable without government intervention
The next generation is watching the American dream crumble in front of their eyes. Housing and family affordability move further away each day
If anyone else has a more realistic solution, would love to hear it

Agree.
When they cry for “equality,” what they really want is to be treated the “equally” as those who have worked hard and put in the time.
Well, no.
If all you do is whine and insist that everyone cater to you, you are not equal to those who work hard. You do not get the same rewards.
You just don’t.
You are not equal to them.
