His message this morning was simple.
Whether you vote early, absentee, by mail or in person, he wants us to swamp the Radical Left with turnout so big it isn't close.

ROOT: "You have the right to declare a national security emergency for elections. The Supreme Court ruled in 1983...that if you declare...they can't challenge it, it can only be overturned by a 2/3rds vote of both Houses of Congress. If you do this in the next month, we will get photo ID, proof of citizenship, and a limit to mail-in ballots."
