Our most recent award-winning housing development at Berry Court in Bournemouth was built with young professionals in mind. Since completion, Berry Court has evolved into a vibrant community which has helped to deliver strong economic and social benefits to the town.

We work to develop Council-owned land assets in Bournemouth to help regenerate to the town centre. 16 Council-owned sites were initially identified for development around the town centre. To date, four projects have been completed or are underway.
