YouTube is offering millions of dollars to some of its biggest creators to stop them from moving their content to Netflix.
YouTube is offering deals that could include:
- Millions of dollars to keep certain content exclusive to YouTube
- Funding for new shows and productions
- A share of money from major brand deals arranged through YouTube
- More support and promotion for creators who stay
YouTube is also considering limiting opportunities for creators who release the same content on both platforms, including certain marketing and brand deals.
