—The report that man city was successful on 1 charge out of the several 115 charges is very laughable and makes me just doubt for once what David Ornstein reported.
Why do I say so?
—The 115 charges are not entirely treated as individual charges. The charges are put in 5 folds of repetitive offenses spreading differently across different seasons
—common sense will tell you that just 1 charge cannot be justified as the only charge that is cleared from the five categories. It doesn’t make sense at all or whatsoever
—the only reasonable explanation to this is that city are successful in just one of the 5 categories and unsuccessful in the other 4 categories.
—one charge I can categorically confirm that city is guilty of is cooperating with investigations which is even not that serious
—the other categories if found guilty, punishments may be laid on city based on the severity of the offenses
For your own peace of mind; don’t listen too deep to the media. Before today, they had already made their minds up irrespective of the verdict that would later be revealed
