He said Jen Dillon was discovered to be one of the Biden loyalist who was leaking against VP Harris
He also said Jen kept moving the campaign to more traditional formats as she owns a media buying company
I said as a response to the info learned I never wanted “ her” and pointed to a tweet a I made a while ago referencing my conversation w/ Latino operatives
But ppl assumed the “her” meant VP Harris Instead abt it being Jen even though I was sub tweeting about Jen
In addition to knowing nothing about the state- the boundaries, the advocates, the leadership=Spanish from Latin America is different from the Caribbean
Conversely, the Latino Republican mayor of Miami spoke openly about what they got right. They understood the diverse community well
There's a belief that early success can lead to complacency and a lack of adaptability. When a particular method works once, it’s tempting to assume it will always be effective. I've noticed this mindset is quite common in the campaign consulting world.
Interestingly, I've observed the Republican side tends to adapt their methods more quickly. Ironically, they often have a better grasp of minority micro-targeting than we do, not just using the right language but even tailoring it to the specific dialect of that language.

in the management of President messenging we had one of the worse messenging problems
