This is a ruse. "banning fracking" was a wedge to divide climate advocates. See "The New Climate War". If we have the right demand-side market incentives for clean energy and disincentives for fossil fuels, such divisive & heavy-handed supply-side measures aren't necessary.

For all you MAGA chucklefucks mocking Gus Walz, the fires of hell are going to be extremely fucking hot, and in the meantime, prepare for America to drag you.
I know the cruelty is the point for you, but you’re not getting away with it.

Wow! I live only an hour’s drive from The Villages in Florida. Trust me when I say it’s a SUPER-RED community that’s usually a real hotbed of Trump support. The fact that there are over 200 golf carts at this rally for @KamalaHarris today is INCREDIBLE!

Mitch McConnell knows Trump provoked the violent attack on our Capitol and then “watched television happily” as his mob brutally beat police officers and hunted the Vice President. He knows Trump refused for hours to tell his mob to leave and “even then with police officers bleeding…he kept repeating his election lies and praising the criminals.” He knows Trump committed a “disgraceful dereliction of duty” and is a danger to our Republic. Trump and his collaborators will be defeated, and history will remember the shame of people like @LeaderMcConnell who enabled them.
#elonmusk what have you suspended the account of anti-corruption and pro-democracy fighter the widow of #AlexeiNavalny Navalny?? Are you anti-democratic???
Should I boycott you and delete my account?

Has anything ever aged so poorly, so quickly before? If Russia is so great, Tucker Carlson should move there and run for president.
Tucker Carlson says that the experience of shopping at a Russian grocery store, recognizing their high standard of living and low costs, all supposedly in the “heart of evil” has radicalized him against Western leaders.

Aleksey Navalny was a fearless advocate for his beliefs who died unbroken by the tyranny he opposed. He fought corruption, inspired millions and never wavered in his insistence on free expression, the rule of law, and a Russia that is accountable to the people and not a dictator. He died in unyielding defense of his vision of a better future for his country - a vision, and a courageous example, that will never die.

The last video of @navalny from yesterday’s court hearing. As you can see, he is in good spirits, joking and making cracks, and apparently healthy.

Let’s make no mistake, Putin assassinated Navalny. He did so because Navalny was brave enough to stand up to Putin. He did so because Navalny offered the Russian people and alternative to kleptocracy and repression. This is a tragic day for Navalny’s family but also for Russia
