I stated this before, but this is ultimately the end goal. Stripping away more consumer rights in lieu of services that you forever rent. Won't be able to get that Blu-ray player? Welp, there's a rental to opt into for a specific amount a month. It's getting bleak....

- Physical disc PlayStation games ending
- Ending 4k blu ray player production
- Exiting car stereo busines
- also no longer attending CES.
All this was announced over the last 12 months.
