The parents of Emily Chesterton who died after a fatal misdiagnosis by a physician associate, are calling on the government to overhaul the guidelines on how PAs work.
Emily's mum explains what happened to Emily while GP Dr Sophie Newton tells ＠susannareid100 and ＠edballs that because there hasn't been 'clarity on their scope', PAs have been 'replacing doctors at GP practices.'

I’m glad to see these concerns being raised about the role of Physician Associates following the debate where I raised a number of issues related to the avoidable death of Emily Chesterton after she has been seen twice by a Physician Associate.

Losing your partner is crazy. You feel weird, constantly. The support of my family and friends has been amazing and I'm so grateful for them.
I just did a 40min Yoga class and haven't cried so hard for a few weeks. Never realised what a mental impact it can have. I always 'enjoyed the stretch', fuck me that was intense.
