Think of all the “experts” that have said Bitcoin is dead or crypto is a fad or a tulip bubble, etc., Billionaire Manoj Bhargova said it best on the so called “experts”…

Today was an even better day. Ripple: 3 SEC: 0 In all seriousness, Chris and I (in a case involving no claims of fraud or misrepresentations) were targeted by the SEC in a ruthless attempt to personally ruin us and the company so many have worked hard to build for over a decade. The SEC repeatedly kept its eye off the ball while secretly meeting with the likes of SBF – failing again and again to protect US consumers & businesses. How many millions of taxpayer $ were wasted?! Feels good to finally be vindicated.

The SEC made a serious mistake going after Brad & Chris personally – and now, they’ve capitulated, dismissing all charges against our executives. This is not a settlement. This is a surrender by the SEC.

The most important part of this ruling: “XRP, as a digital token, is not in and of itself a “contract, transaction[,] or scheme” that embodies the Howey requirements of an investment contract.” This is a now a matter of law (not up for trial.)

I always thought my initial reaction would be jumping up and down. I actually want to cry. We left it all on the field. You should all be proud! We are the good guys.

Kids are some of the most brilliant humans on the planet. Not only do they learn at faster rates but they're closer to homeostasis than us, closer to embodying what it really means to be human than any of us grownups are. If we want to keep the humanity in web3 - we NEED kids.

How interesting that the same day other large institutions join together to create an exchange, but won’t custody crypto, DB announces it will be the custodian. 🤔

Thanks! I agree! She and so many teachers deserve our praise and action as the disinvestment in the profession is unfair and abusive. Appreciate your comments.🤎🙏🏾✊🏽
