Hi @X 👋 My name is Bless. I've spent the last 4 years behind the scenes of startups. Started as an EA, now I work as a Chief of Staff. Some cool things I've done along the way: - Built and run sales, marketing, and ops backends for companies across Web3, Fintech, E-Commerce and some online businesses - Supported a $1M pre-seed raise end to end - Scaled multiple online businesses past $100K/month
 - Venture partner at @LvlUpVentures and @Ganasvc, where I connect founders with capital
I'm here to connect with founders building interesting things, investors hunting for their next deal, and fellow operators. Also open to my next remote role as a Chief of Staff, Founder’s associate, ops manager, or EA. If you're a founder looking for a relentless builder and executor, ambitious, obsessed with growth, someone who gets things done and can literally be your right hand , we should definitely talk.

Run a company long enough and you realize it just comes down to four things: Hire A players. Align incentives. Track performance. Get out of their way.

You gotta leave your comfort zone
in order to be a good startup founder you must first embrace the cringe

Seed is the new series A, pre-seed is the new seed, and friends and family is now an institutional round 🐥

average job post from a $5k/m "business owner": - must work 8am to 8pm EST - must have deep understanding of GTM - must have experience with 10 AI tools that came out in the last 6 months - must take daily client calls & be a "critical thinker" $500/m starting salary

Had a call with a female founder in Dubai yesterday and she asked why I didn’t relocate to Dubai yet 😅 and that wasn’t the first time I’d hear such and this is because of the amounts of businesses I’ve worked with in Dubai. I guess I gotta start working on it 😅😅

Started posting again on LinkedIn this week and I’m almost on 100k impressions and 100+ new followers that are my target audience. I knew I still had it in me. 😂🥳 #linkedin

Whenever I receive a cold call, I’m always respectful towards them because I’ve also been in their shoes before 😭😅

Most founders don’t know you don’t demand big checks from angel investors. How can you be asking for $500k-$1m from an angel investor?

Decided to step out this weekend to have fun a little. Working remote can make you have little to no social life 😖 (wouldn’t trade it for anything else tho 🤣)

One of the best ways to grow a company’s LinkedIn presence is through founder and employee content. Company pages can share updates, but people are more likely to engage with people, founders sharing what they are building and learning, and employees sharing real behind-the-scenes insights, lessons, and wins. Works everytime 👌

Founders think fundraising is about finding investors with money. It is really about finding investors whose thesis, timing, and level of conviction match what you are building. The wrong money can be just as expensive as no money.

I used to think cold-DMing people on LinkedIn was a humiliation ritual especially when the people I wanted to connect with felt way out of my league 😅 But I’ve realised that if you want something, you have to be willing to ask for it. The worst they can say is no.
You don’t get opportunities by waiting to be discovered.

Your employees can be your best marketing channel. Let your team talk about what you're building, the problems you're solving and the wins you're having. It builds trust, reach and brand visibility. #Marketing #Startups #gtm
