At #FIAIDX today? Join us! When @BlareClack @HarryMatovu and I met to prep we immediately got into meaningful #DEI and #socialmobility stuff. We won’t just quote the same old Boston Consulting Group study, but instead talk practical change and investing in the future workforce.
Background, race, gender should not dictate the sector you work in, nor hinder your progression. Yet still they do.
Our MD @BlareClack will be chairing a discussion on #DEI and how to make a difference to your organisations, at @FIAconnect's IDX London event tomorrow. Join us!
