MoonFu is powered by snacks, chaos, and questionable life choices.

I want families to feel relief first, then be delighted. The relief is when they realize that they’ve finally found something online that’s safe and aligned with the values they’re trying to teach at home.

"MoonFu’s tension comes from emotional pressure of loyalty vs. empathy, fear vs. courage, pride vs. doing the right thing. It’s like giving them a padded dojo where they can fall, struggle, get back up, and grow."

When kids finish watching MoonFu, I hope they walk away feeling braver and more seen. I want them to carry the sense that it’s okay to mess up, okay to feel big feelings, and okay to choose kindness even when it’s hard.
At the heart of MoonFu is a simple belief: stories should inspire hope, bring families together, and remind us that we can overcome anything.
Hear David Santo share the mission behind MoonFu.

“MoonFu isn’t just a project. It’s a promise I’m making to myself and to anyone who needs it: that family still matters, that hope still matters, and that stories - especially the ones the mainstream media no longer makes.” @ScreenwriterD

Today, something huge happened.
MoonFu - the prosocial animated series I’ve been building - has officially been licensed by Loopremium - one of the fastest‑growing vertical streaming platforms in the western world. Feeling grateful 🙏
"Does this job come with any benefits?"
"You'll risk your life and receive... nothing." 😅
Just another day in the world of MoonFu. 🦉✨
