Was damals noch unbestätigt war, wird jetzt durch Recherchen des Wall Street Journal untermauert! EZB-Präsidentin Christine Lagarde soll persönlich interveniert haben, um die nahezu fertige MiCA-Zulassung von Binance über Griechenland zu verhindern. Binance hatte die Pressemitteilung bereits vorbereitet und CEO Richard Teng plante ein Treffen mit dem griechischen Premierminister. Das verrückte an der Geschichte: Die EZB vergibt selbst keine MiCA-Lizenzen. Der Fall wirft daher erhebliche Fragen zum politischen Einfluss auf nationale Aufsichtsbehörden auf. Hintergrund sollen unter anderem Bedenken wegen der Compliance-Vergangenheit von Binance gewesen sein.

Angeblich soll die EZB-Präsidentin Christine Lagarde den Markteintritt von Binance in Europa aktiv blockiert haben, um den digitalen Euro zu stärken. Offiziell bestätigt ist das bislang nicht. Ich kann es mir echt nicht vorstellen, aber zuzutrauen wäre es der EZB.

Der #Staat gibt mehr #Geld aus, als er durch Steuern einnimmt. Könnte man kein Geld mehr #Drucken, wäre das also nicht mehr finanzierbar. #Bitcoin ist hartes faires Geld und löst dieses Problem.
