The previous trick that combined P2SH with OP_CTV to build a BitVM bridge has been proven insecure due to attack scenarios. It’s no longer usable.
Jeremy proposed a new approach using legacy transactions to fix these issues.
The new script is non-standard but follows Bitcoin’s consensus rules.
No new attack vectors have been found so far.
